Physical Therapist

Originally from the Bay Area, Pooja is a physical therapist with more than eight years of clinical experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in Bangalore, India, before completing a master’s degree in rehabilitation at Loma Linda University in Southern California. She later earned a transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana, completed fellowship training in orthopedic manual therapy, and pursued sports residency training in Seattle, Washington.

She is passionate about helping athletes recover from injury and return to their highest level of performance. Having grown up in two countries, she brings a broad perspective to patient care and a deep appreciation for the role resilience plays in athletic success. Although she enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, she has a particular interest in upper-extremity injuries. Her experience includes working with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes across rugby, soccer, baseball, and endurance sports.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling the world with her partner and spending time with their two dogs, Rip and Coco.
