Aisling is a Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer, who graduated from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, with her B.Sc in Physiotherapy. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University, NY, where she competed as a Division 1 soccer player, and completed her Athletic Training degree at Hofstra University, NY. She played soccer for the Irish Women’s National team.
Aisling is a double-board certified specialist in both sports and orthopedic Physical Therapy. She completed an APTA-credentialed Sports Physical Therapy residency at Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan, before embarking on a 10+ year journey into working for professional sports teams. She has worked with US Soccer, New York City Football Club, Brooklyn Nets, and most recently spent 5 years as the team physical therapist for the Sacramento Kings.
Aisling is a proud Mom to a busy 2 year old, as well as being an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. She loves to stay healthy and active, and is passionate about the power of movement and exercise in helping people to live their best lives. Aisling loves to help people on their path to recovery from shoulder, knee and ankle surgery, and has a special interest in the young athlete and their changing needs as their bodies grow and develop.
