Taylor is a Physical Therapist and coach who graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Biology at UC Davis and a Doctorate of physical therapy from Aracdia University in Philadelphia. Taylor holds two certifications in strength and conditioning including CSCS and USAW-1. Taylor is a former collegiate and professional football player who sustained injuries and underwent many surgeries of his own, which gives him a unique perspective of the recovering athlete. He also competed in high school basketball, baseball and golf, while leading fitness programs in several other sports.
Taylor has diverse experiences that round out his knowledge base including: high school teacher, football coach, track and field coach, strength and conditioning coach and research assistant. Taylor has a passion for helping people return to doing what they love through strength, mobility and education.
Taylor and wife wife Madeline, who is also a PT, live in Sacramento and love watching our local sports teams and spending time outdoors.
